Here is the history and story of why we chose to serve and sell meat from DeBragga… 

Kristi worked for DeBragga for almost 10 years. Her husband has worked for DeBragga for over 30 years. They are a family owned and operated business. The integrity of the products they procure are top-notch. They butcher their products the old-fashioned way. These business practices instantly resonated with us, our history, and our vision for our current endeavors. We appreciate preserving family history, the long-term relationship with some of the finest suppliers in the industry, and the commitment to using the best quality and some of the most sustainable products available in the meat industry today. We think we share the idea that quality products still gives the best results. 

We both can proudly say that we are 3rd, if not 4th, generation family businesses and that we strive to carry on our passion and love for the food service and hospitality industry.
