Cutting the Cheese!
Please allow us to treat the cheese with the respect it deserves! It does take some time to cut and wrap each cheese to order. We thank you ahead of time for your patience.
The minimum for each order is a quarter pound. Our cheese paper is an intentional choice for wrapping to preserve the essence of the cheese and allow you to truly enjoy it in all its glory.

We want to invite you to use all of your senses here - taste before you buy, smell the aromas, see the cheeses the way nature intended, feel the ambiance and environment we created, and hear each cheese’s story.
Curd & Cleaver will have an ever-changing inventory, with cheeses that are locally sourced, American-made, and imported internationally. We are happy to hear your requests if you have a certain cheese in mind, and we will do our best to acquire it!
